Purpose, legal basis, categories of recipients and storage duration of the data processing
Purpose: Presentation of the company, rendering of services and/or sale of products and communication via the internet.
The purpose of the data processing on this website is to provide information concerning products and services of our company, associated with the possibility for the users to purposefully get in contact with in-house contact partners.
Apart from that, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases:
• Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit a GDPR for the processing of personal data with consent from the data subject.
• Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit b GDPR for the required processing of personal data to fulfil a contract with the data subject and to take the corresponding pre-contractual measures.
• Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit c GDPR for the required processing of personal data to perform a legal obligation to which we are subject according to applicable EU law, if necessary, or, if necessary, according to the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable.
• Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR for the required processing of personal data in order to safeguard our or third party legitimate interests, provided these do not override the fundamental freedoms and rights as well as the interests of the data subject. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our corporate interests to be able to provide our website, information security, the assertion of specific legal claims and to comply with additional regulations.

The related connection data is automatically deleted, generally at most after seven days. We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich Germany (Cloudflare) to increase the security and delivery speed of our website. This corresponds to our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). A CDN is a network of [globally] distributed servers that is able to deliver optimized content to the website user. Cloudflare is a recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO not to operate a content delivery network ourselves.
You have the right to object to the processing. Whether the objection is successful is to be determined as part of a balancing of interests.
The processing of the data provided under this section is not required by law or contract. The functionality of the website is not guaranteed without the processing.

Contact form
When the contact form is used, we collect and store your name and e-mail address for the purposes of responding to your query. Providing a telephone number for a call back is optional. Your data will be provided to us via our providers by email and immediately deleted when the response has been given, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. The data is not used for any other purpose and is not provided to third parties.

We use Ajax and jQuery or jQueryUI technologies whereby we can optimise the load speed. In this regard, program libraries will be accessed from Google servers. The Google CDN (content delivery network) will be used. If you have previously used jQuery on another Google CDN site, your browser will refer to the copy stored in the cache.
